Dalia Megiddo, MD, MBA

Before joining 7 Health Ventures Dr. Megiddo was the managing partner in InnoMed Ventures, one of the leading Israeli healthcare venture funds since 2000.
Dr Megiddo has been involved in the Life Science Venture Capital Industry since 1999 and is well recognized as one of the leaders in the healthcare investment community both in Israel and internationally. She is a frequent speaker at local and international meetings and served as a board member of public companies: Given Imaging (NASDAQ-GIVN) and Elron (NASDAQ-ELRN), as well as private companies (Glucon, Impliant, Chiasma, Notal Vision and Barnev).
Dr Megiddo holds an MBA from Kellogg- Recanti School of Business, and teaches at various entrepreneurial programs in Israeli universities. She completed her medical studies at the Hebrew University’s Hadassah Medical School in Jerusalem in 1978.
After spending a few years as a faculty member in the Family Medicine department at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Dr. Megiddo founded and sold two successful businesses in the medical field: The Journal Club - Israel’s leading provider of Continuing Medical Education for physicians, and Academia Medica – a medical multimedia developer and worldwide distributor for Continuing Medical Education programs for physicians.

Limor Sandach

Ms. Sandach brings 10 years of experience in healthcare investments. Prior to joining 7 Health Ventures Ms. Sandach was a Principal in Evergreen Venture Partners for 5 years, focusing on healthcare investments within the fund. Her responsibilities included all aspects of venture capital investments: selection of opportunities, leading investments process, developing local & global networks of financial & business partners and high involvement in portfolio companies (such as CorAssist, Activiews and Quantomix).
Prior to her position at Evergreen, Ms. Sandach served as the Executive Vice-President in Naiot Venture Accelerator for 5 years. Naiot is Israel's leading seed investment firm, focusing on healthcare companies. Her position included executive mentoring and business development activities.
During Her career, Ms. Sandach served on several boards of healthcare companies, in the fields of cardiovascular, cancer & diagnostics. Ms. Sandach holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering and an Master of Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.

Amir Zaidman

Amir Zaidman brings to 7 Health Ventures a large experience in technology management based on his previous executive positions in the Israeli high-tech industry.
Prior to 7 Health Ventures Mr. Zaidman was Vice President of business development at OHV technology incubator, where he led investments in early stage technology ventures and served on the board of directors of several medical technology companies.
Prior to OHV, Mr. Zaidman was responsible for Marketing and Product-Marketing at Flash Networks, an Israeli communications start-up.
Before Flash Networks, Mr. Zaidman was a member of the founding team of the Mobile-Entertainment division at Comverse (NASDAQ: CMVT) and held the position of COO of that division.
Mr. Zaidman is a member of the Israeli bar association and is a CPA (Israel), and as such has in-depth understanding of business processes and deal structuring.
Mr. Zaidman holds a BA in accounting and an LLB, both from the Tel-Aviv University, and an MBA from the executive program at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Ephraim Heller

Ephraim Heller currently serves as the Chairman of IntelliDx Inc., a venture-backed company developing automated glucose monitoring systems for the hospital intensive care unit.
From 2003-2005 Mr. Heller was co-founder and CEO of AngioScore Inc., a company that develops and manufactures a line of innovative angioplasty balloons for coronary and peripheral applications. Mr. Heller led the company through its product development, successful European and US PMA clinical trials, CE mark and FDA approval, and European product launch. AngioScore is successfully operating as a private company with rapidly growing sales in the US, Europe and Japan.
Mr. Heller was co-founder of TheraSense Inc., a company that developed, manufactured and sold glucose monitors for people with diabetes. From 1992-2002 Mr. Heller held a variety of positions at TheraSense including Board member, CEO, VP Marketing and VP Business Development. TheraSense revenues grew from $5 million in 2000 to over $270 million in 2003. The company went public in 2001 at a $700 million valuation and was acquired by Abbott Laboratories in 2004 for $1.3 billion.
Mr. Heller also co-founded E. Heller & Company, which successfully developed and out-licensed photocatalyst technology. From 1988-1992 Mr. Heller worked at Hewlett-Packard as a product manager in HP’s minicomputer business. Mr. Heller holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a B.A. in Physics from Harvard.
